Help! ICES needs your kids

Week 1 (December 27,28,29) is at risk of cancellation due to low registration!!!!

Monday December 12, is the last day to submit payment for the ICES Winter Camp ~ Payment must be received in order to secure your child's spot in the program and ensure the camp will be offered.

If you are looking for childcare during the December 19th to 23rd, ICES at Green Elementary also has a camp available. Please contact the Green ICES Site Director Ms. Becca at 727-9363

Book Fair

Just in time for the Holidays...
The Scholastic Book Fair
December 12-16
8:30-9:30 a.m. & 1:30-4:00 p.m.

Wednesday December 14 & Friday December 16 open till 7:00 p.m.

This is Buy One, Get One Free book fair.
Don't forget to surprise your child’s classroom with a gift of books from their teacher's wish list.

We will also feature some PREMIUM Book Titles. These will include popular new releases but are NOT part of the Buy One, Get One.
They can be ordered at the Book Fair with 2 days for delivery.

Helpers are needed to help make this event a success !

Book Fair

The BOOK FAIR is for the students and teachers...and we are looking for some assistance to make it GREAT !!!

We need some HELP on the following days and times:

• Fri - Dec. 9th from Noon until 4:00pm
• Mon - Dec.12th from 8:00am-9:45am and 1:20pm-5:00pm
• Tue - Dec 13th from 8:20am-9:45am and 1:20pm-4:15pm
• Wed - Dec 14th from 8:20am-9:45am and 1:20pm-7:15pm
• Thur - Dec 15th from 8:20am-9:45am and 1:20pm-4:15pm
• Fri - Dec 16th from 8:20am-9:45am and 1:20pm-7:15pm

Please get involved ....... it matters!!!

Winter Camps

Sign Up Now!

ICES is taking applications for its Winter Break Program. Sign up in the Auditorium either before or after school.

ICES needs to have 20 kids per week in order to offer the program.

WEEKS:
(Session 1) DEC 27–29,2011
(Session 2) JAN 3–6 2012
(Session 3) JAN 9–13 2012
Program Time: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

Prices are as follows:
5 days — $130 per week • 4 days — $117 per week
3 days — $80 per week • 2 days — $52 per week

Early drop off — 6:30 - 9 am •  Late pick up — 3:30 - 6 pm
(Price for early morning & late afternoon is $20 per week.)
10% discount for siblings.
