Fall Student Picture Day.

Back to School Night - Sept. 27

Back-to-School night is for the GROWN UPS to learn...

... about this year's curriculum and how the classroom will work from your child's teacher. 

There will be a brief introduction of the staff with Ms. Amanda out on the playground from 5:30-5:45.  Then there will be two identical sessions in the classrooms: 5:45-6:15 and   6:30-7:00. If families need to go to two classrooms, please attend the younger child's session from 5:45-6:15, and the older child's classroom from 6:30-7:00.

There will be school-age child-care available on the playground by Prime Time and ICES.

PTA/FOABE will be at the concessions table with discount cards, Birney clothing, and other items.
 

Take this opportunity to learn about your child's daily surroundings and influences.

We sure hope you can make it !!!!

For the price of two Lattes a month, for 1 year, you can buy your child: 

Spanish, art and a library. (Now that is something to drink about!)

Did you know that if every family at Birney Elementary contributes $10 a month for one year, we can keep our library open and fund Spanish and art programs for one full year?

Jamba Juice Wednesday's start again next Wednesday, September 12 and will continue until the end of the school year. 

20% of the proceeds for sales go to Birney PTA. 

Jamba Juice is sold in front of the school. No need to drive anywhere or bring a flyer.
