UH Opens Arts Festival on 9/6 and 9/7 from 12:00pm-4:00pm.
We’ll have our concession table set-up and we’re sponsoring some art projects for children.
The 3rd annual, UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS ARTS OPEN (UHAO) on September 6-7, 2008 is a free self guided tour of the arts. The weekend festival showcases the works of over 100 new as well as celebrated artists, playwrights, performers and musicians from the San Diego region enlivening the University Heights community. Begin the tour at Birney Academy of International Studies, 4345 Campus Ave, San Diego

In celebration of the Arts and University Heights 120th anniversary, Seventeen artists will turn large river rocks (which are the neighborhoods signature building element) into works of art to be displayed at the 3rd annual UH ARTS OPEN.
